The latest trailer for the fourth season of Star Trek: Discovery has now been unveiled by Paramount Plus, along with its release date. The trailer was also released by Paramount Plus along with the release date.

The trailer was revealed on October 9th by the series star Sonequa Martin-Green during the series New York Comic-con panel. The upcoming season’s official key art features the great actor Martin-Green as Captain Michael Burnham. He also debuted in the panel discussion.

According to the reports from the Star Trek website, season four of the series will land on our screens on November 18th. It will also find Captain Burnham and the entire crew of USS Discovery, who will be facing a threat that will be completely different from what they have encountered until now.

The synopsis of the story continues with: “With Federation and non-Federation worlds alike feeling the impact, they must confront the unknown and work together to ensure a hopeful future for all.”

As the crew disobeys all the Starfleet warnings and warps straight to the anomaly as to go where no one has ever gone before. We will also see the federation convene as Vulcans, Ferengi, and Orion’s who will come together asses this galaxy-wide threat together.

The upcoming season of the series will also pick up after Michael who was promoted to Captain in season three of the Finale. It is also marked as the first time when a black woman has filled up the seat of captain across the entire nation live-action series. For now, it is currently unclear that season four will boldly go where no Trek has gone revert before or not. The crew of the Discovery will also be entering the series with a massive anomaly which will be at least five light-years in size. According to the reports from Variety, it will threaten to destroy life throughout the galaxy.

Along with Martin-Green, the rest of the cast is also set to return to the series which is literally a treat for all the fans out there. It includes Mary Wiseman (Sylvia Tilly), Wilson Cruz (Dr. Hugh Culber), David Ajala (Cleveland ‘Book’ Booker), Doug Jones (Saru), Anthony Rapp (Paul Stamets), and recurring guest star Ian Alexander (Gray).
