Katherine Moffat is the actress who portrayed the Ktarian Etana Jol in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode “The Game”. Two years later she appeared as the Bajoran Vaatrik Pallra in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode “Necessary Evil”.
