Jennifer Gatti who played the role of Ba’el in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episodes “Birthright, Part I” and “Birthright, Part II”. Later, she portrayed Libby in the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode “Non Sequitur”. Gatti was a runner-up for the role of Kes, eventually won by Jennifer Lien.
